Our system happens to use Microsoft Word to edit the Notice.RTF file (any .RTF file) that CheckRep uses to create the notification letters. Your computer might use Microsoft Word Pad or some other word processor. Make sure you save your changes as C:\Program files\Checkrep\Notice.RTF. or the new name for the modified letter.

In this screen you will find items such as #today#, these are fields where information will be taken from the check currently, or that have been entered into the system. This information will be incorporated into the notice letter when printed. A list of the fields and the corresponding items can be found in the Tags Tab. next page
