This screen is linked to the Check Entry Screen on page 4-3 of Chapter 4. Should you desire, this system will allow you to print the Check Writer Notification at the time the check is entered into the system. We suggest the wordage listed below. However, you may modify the notification letter by double clicking inside the white part of the notice screen. This will open up a word processor on your system that is configured for files with a .RTF extension. (See next page for clarification.) You may also have multiple notification letters. To have more than one letter available, just save the modified letter with a new name, but keep the extension .RTF. The new letters will list on the left side of this window.
