Multi-user Enabled (Network Only)If you are using this system on a network, check (Multiuser Enabled). Copy the CHECKREP.MDB file from the C:\Program Files\Checkrep sub directory to a new directory on your network drive. Use the Database Path pointer located at the end of the Database Path pointer field to point the system to the new location of the CHECKREP.MDB, POS.MDB, EFT.MDB & LOCKBOX.MDB file. Do not try to type the path into the Database Path pointer field yourself, a mistake will cause the system to become inoperable.
Important!If you are using this system in a network environment, before transmitting a file to the Network, all work stations must be out of the Check Representment system with the exception of the work station that is performing the transmission.
Bounce RTN #
Check this option if you would like the system to automatically move the cursor from the RTN/ABA field to the next field after you have entered the ninth digit of the RTN/ABA Number.
Database Backup
We highly recommend that a copy of the database be made before a file
is transmitted. Should a Windows fatal error occur, your data will be
