Introduction

CheckRep® allows you to create EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfers). EFTs are less costly than printing paper drafts, Auto Pays, Quick Collects, Quick Checks or processing checks that are mailed in.

Payments can be scheduled on the following basis: One Time*; Weekly; Monthly, Quarterly; Biannually or Annually.

Once you have the proper authorization, simply enter the customer into the CheckRep® system. Any transactions that are returned unpaid, will be reported to you via your CheckRep® software. Reprocessing returned transactions is easily done by transferring the information to CheckRep® RCK system, which allows you to retransmit the returned transactions two additional times. This eliminates the need to update the customer setup screen each time an item is returned.

Searching, Editing or Entering a Customer.

1) Click EFT, then
2) Enter Transactions.

This will bring you to the EFT Customer List. (See page 5-2 for details on entering new customers). Searching or Editing a customer is accomplished by entering data into one or more fields in the search section of the EFT Customer list screen. Most times it is easier to enter one or two letters of the customer’s name in the Name field. Once you have found your customer, place the cursor over the box to the left of the your customer’s name (cursor becomes è) then double click. next page
