Packing the Database
As you enter data into this system, your database will grow in size. It is essential that you pack your database at least once a week. Otherwise the database will grow too large to pack and eventually you may run out of space on your hard disk.

Repairing the Database

This is used if you experience a power failure. Usually the system will notify you that the database needs to be repaired, and offer to do so for you. Always allow the database to repair itself.
